							Kyle performed the inspection on our new home. We are first time owners, so he really took the time to not only point out things to watch out for/fix, but also how to perform effective home maintenance, which we really appreciated. Kyle is extremely knowledgeable but not condescending. He even asked if we wanted all that info before he started the inspection, so if this isn't your first rodeo, I'm sure he would spare you the extras. Kyle was extremely thorough and I was provided with a full report with pictures the same night. I'll also mention that my phone interactions were pleasant and professional and I was able to schedule my inspection within 2 days. I highly recommend this company.

Waiving inspection would have bankrupted us within a year if we hadn't died of carbon monoxide poisoning first. Worth every penny!
